3 cups Self Rising Flour
2 cups + 2 Tablespoons cold Heavy Cream
2 Tablespoons melted Butter
1 teaspoon Baking Powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º. Combine flour, baking powder, and 2 cups cream in a bowl and stir gently until the ingredients form soft dough. Place on a floured board and knead gently a few times. Press to 1 inch thick, and cut biscuits. Place on a pizza stone or cookie sheet lined with parchment paper . Flatten tops gently and brush with cream. Bake for 10 minutes, or until browned. Brush with butter and serve.
