1 16 oz. bag frozen carrot slices 1 T. butter 1 1/2 T. dark brown sugar 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
Cook carrots according to package directions. Drain. Add remaining ingredients to pot. Stir until butter is melted. Add carrots back to pot. Simmer for 5-7 minutes on low, stirring occasionally, until butter mixture is absorbed.
