10-12 pork ribs with bone in
salt and pepper
bell peppers sliced
onions sliced

barbecue sauce:
1 1/2 c bbq sauce
1/4 c mustard
1/2 c ketchup
3 tbs vinegar
1/2 box brown sugar
5 tbs Worcestershire sauce
combine and mix well

Directions:

salt and pepper ribs and bake in roaster or foil covered for 45 mins at 400 degrees. Drain Grease
smother ribs with peppers and onions. Pour 1 cup of water over all. cover and bake for 30 mins at 350 degrees. Pour bbq sauce over all and bake covered for 3 hours at 350.
