2 8 oz softened cream cheese
1 3/4 lb ricotta
1 1/2 cups sugar
4-5 eggs
3T flour
3T cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp lemon
1 tsp lemon rind
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 pint sour cream
1/2 stick melted butter

Beat cream cheese and ricotta at high speed

Lower speed to medium and
Add sugar, eggs, cornstarch, flour. lemon and vanilla-

add sour cream and melted butter

Do not over beat stop once blended thoroughly

9" spring form pan greased

place in cold oven 325 degrees 1 1/2 hours or until firm around edge. Turn oven off leave in oven 2 more hours

Cool 2 hours then refrigerate
