6 c. Crispix cereal
3 c. popped corn
2 c. waffle pretzels
1 c. cocktail peanuts
1/2 c. butter
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

1. In large roasting pan coated with cooking spray, combine cereal, popcorn, pretzels and peanuts. Set aside.

2. In heavy 3 qt. saucepan, combine butter, sugar and corn syrup. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes longer, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and carefully stir in soda and vanilla. Pour over cereal mixture. Gently toss to coat evenly.

3. Bake at 250 for about 60 min. or until golden brown stirring every 15 min. Remove from oven and spread on waxed paper. Separate clumps. Cool and store in airtight container.
