Several slabs of ribs
vinegar
salt
pepper
barbeque sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 325º. Place ribs on a large pan on several layers of non-stick aluminum foil. Pour a little vinegar over them, just enough to wet surface and then salt and pepper the ribs. Fold up the foil to enclose the ribs. May need several baking sheets or pans. Bake in oven 2 and 1/2 hours. Remove from foil and grill with sauce until browned.
