1 Envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1 qt. fresh strawberries
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 T. cornstarch
3 T. Lemon Juice
Pinch salt
1 Baked Pie Crust

Soften gelatin in 1/4 c. water. Set aside. Crush 1/2 of berries. Mix sugar & cornstarch together.
Add this to crushed berries, stir well. Stir in lemon juice & salt. Cook over low heat until thick & transparent. Stir constantly. ( or you can cook in microwave, cooking a minute at a time till thick & transparent.) Stir soften gelatin into cooked berries. Set aside to cool 10-15 minutes.
Arrange remaining berries in pie shell. Fold cooled glaze over the berries. Refrigerate several hours.
Serve with whipped cream.
