Green Bean & Artichoke Salad Recipe

1 lb frozen green beans ( or peas)
1 clove garlic
1/3 C grated Parm Cheese
6 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp white wine vinegar w/tarragon
salt, pepper
sliced black olives
hearts of palm, sliced
marinated artichoke hearts. sliced
sliced or cherry tomatoes

Cook beans just until tender. Drain and put ice on top of hot veggie to keep green and stop cooking.
Mix all other ingredients together and chill for several hours before serving. Add tomatoes last as a garnish.
(You may need to add more vinegar or cheese, as needed to taste.)
