5 cups mashed potatoes
1/2 cups Crisco
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cream
3 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon sugar
2 1/2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Add Crisco, cream, butter, salt, and sugar to hot mashed potatoes. Cool. Potatoes must be cold before you add flour. When cool add flour, mix well. Roll thin, and bake on lefse grill or griddle. Turn once.

I form dough into small balls and place them in floured cake pan, and keep them in refrigerator to keep them cold until I use them.
