50 g crushed almonds
160 g sugar
5 eggs
150 g flour
100 g butter
1 tsp baking powder

300 g fondant
100 g massapan
artificial colors as desired

Blend eggs with the sugar in a bowl and put it in water bath until it doubles in volume. Then take it out of the water bath and continue mixing until it chills. Add the flour, the baking powder and the crushed almonds mixing them well and finally add the melted butter. Spread butter over the mould and sprinkle with flour.

Bake it in a oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes and let cool.

For decoration, melt the fondant in water bath until completely melts. Pour it over the cake

mix the the colors with massapan and decorate as desired.
