2 (10oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked, drained
2 eggs, beaten
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 c. shredded Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 400. Combine all ingredients. Pour into 2 quart casserole, cover and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and add topping ingredients that have been mixed together and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes.

2 stacks Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1/2 stick margarine, melted
