6 cup rolled oats
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
2 cups pecans, chopped
1 cup coconut, shredded
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/8 cup flax seeds
2/3 cup sucanat or brown sugar
3/4 cup oil
1 1/3 cups honey
1/2 cup carob chips

In large bowl, stir together first 10 ingredients. Add oil and honey, mix well. Add carob chips. Divide into 2 greased 9x13 inch pans. Press out evenly. Bake at 325 for 35 minutes. As soon as your take them out of the oven, push down with pancake turner and score them.
