1 c. margarine or butter
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
3 c. flour
1/2 t. salt
2 t. baking soda
1 t. cinnamon
1 c. walnuts
1/2 t. allspice
2 c. raisins
2 c. beer

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, add eggs, sift flour, salt, baking soda, spices. Reserve 2 T. of flour and nuts, add beer to batter, toss fruit in the flour mixture. Pour into a 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350º for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Dust with powder sugar or make a frosting drizzle.
