1 1/2 envelopes gelatin
1 pt. strawberries
3/4 c. sugar divided
1/4 c. cold water
1/2 c. boiling water
1 T. lemon juice
1/2 c. cream
2 egg whites
1/8 t. salt

Mash with sugar
Soften gelatin in cold water, stir in boiling water until dissolved. Add strawberries & lemon juice chill till syrupy. Fold in whipped cream
Beat egg whites with salt, gradually add remaining sugar till very stiff. Fold into other mixture
Put in baked crust.
