3/4 C butter softened
4 oz cream cheese softened
1 C flour
Fruit preserves or solo filling

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter and cream cheese in large bowl; beat until smooth. Gradually add flour to butter mixture blending until mixture forms oft dough. Divide in half and refrigerate until firm in plastic wrap. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Roll out dough, half at a time on floured surface to 1/8 inch thick. Cut into two inch squares. Spoon preserves into center and fold over two corners together. Place on baking sheet and bake 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
