Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 whole pineapple
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Grand Marnier

Directions:
Directions:
Quarter a fresh pineapple lengthwise, remove core by slicing it off horizontally (keep some green top for presentation), slice pineapple in sections till knife touches the shell.

Then cut sideways along bottom of shell to separate the slices from the shell itself. The slices will cook in the pineapple sort of like a "boat". You can move the slices and stagger them a bit for a prettier presentation and more surface for basting.

Place pineapples on preheated BBQ. Grill on medium for 15 min.

Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl, baste pineapple with mixture every 5 minutes.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Perfect for a Hawaiian party! So easy, inexpensive and impressive.

One pineapple makes 6 servings. Very delicious and only 135 calories per serving (if you can stop eating just one serving).
