2 1/2 lb chicken wings
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 cup syrup from canned peaches
2 T. sugar
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 T. lemon juice
5 drops hot pepper sauce
1 clove minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken wings at joint, discard tips Place chicken wings on a foil lined baking sheet and sprinkle with salt. Mix other ingredients and brush on wings. Roast at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or more, turning wings once and basting frequently. 12 servings
