1 lb. ground beef - browned, drained
1 c. onions - chopped
28 oz. canned diced tomato
1 T. Worchester
1 tsp. salt
2 c. potatoes - diced (or canned potatoes)
1/3 c. flour
10 oz. corn - frozen/thawed
10 oz. lima beans - frozen/thawed
1 bell pepper - cut in strips
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese - shredded

1. In large bowl, combine beef, onion, and tomatoes with liquid, Worchester and salt.
2. Spoon into greased 3-quart casserole dish.
3. Layer potatoes, flour, corn, lima beans and green peppers on top.
4. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and continue baking uncovered for 30 minutes longer.

A good, hearty "feel good" kind of meal.

Also very good for preparing ahead of time.

To re-heat, place foil loosely over top and re-heat in oven for about 20 minutes.
