8 oz. Acini di pepe pasta, prepared per pkg. directions.
1 c. sugar
2 T. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. pineapple juice
2 beaten eggs
1 can pineapple tidbits, drained (save juice)
1 can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
12 oz. Cool Whip
1/2 pkg. mini marshmallows

Cook pasta, set aside to cool. Mix dry ingredients and pineapple juice. Cook on stove until warmed. Remove a small amount of sauce in a dish to cool. Stir beaten eggs into the cooled sauce and add back into sauce on stove. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. (Strain if egg cooks in lumps.) Cool Sauce in fridge. Add pasta, fruit, Cool Whip and marshmallows. Chill in fridge.
