1 lb. linguine
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 chicken broth
1/4 chopped fresh basil
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 cups baby arugula
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Cook linguine in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente.
Heat the butter and oil in a saucepan over low heat. Add the garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, chicken broth, salt and pepper and simmer for 5 minutes.
Drain linguine. Place in a large serving bowl along with the basil, arugula and parsley. Pour the heated sauce over it and gently mix together with tongs. Top with freshly grated parmesean cheese.
