1 1/2 lbs. Ground Chicken
1 c. Panko
1/2 c. Celery - Minced
1/3 c. Blue Cheese - Crumbled
3 tbsp. Green Onions - Minced
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 c. Mayonnaise
1/4 c. Franks Hot Sauce
6 Buns
6 Slices Leaf Lettuce
6 Slices Tomato
6 Slices Swiss Cheese

In a large bowl, combine chicken, bread crumbs, celery, blue cheese, green onions and salt. Shape mixture into six (6) patties.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat (350 F to 400 F). Spray grill with non-stick non-flammable cooking spray.

Grill, covered with grill lid, for seven (7) to eight (8) minutes on each side, or until and instant-read thermometer inserted in center of patty reads 165 F.

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and Franks Hot Sauce. Spread desired amount of mayonnaise mixture over bottom halves of buns. Top each with lettuce, tomato, chicken patty and cheese. Top with additional mayonnaise mixture, if desired.

Serve immediately.
