¼ c. rice vinegar 2 T. mayonnaise 2 T. extra virgin olive oil 1/2 tsp. dried oregano 1/2 tsp. ground cumin 1 tsp. salt ¼ tsp. black pepper ¼ tsp. hot red pepper flakes 4 oz. cooked and cooled linguine 4 oz. chopped deli Italian beef 1 chopped tomato ½ chopped sweet onion 1/3 c. chopped fresh parsley 1/3 c. chopped fresh basil
Dressing: whisk in a bowl the rice vinegar, mayonnaise, extra virgin olive oil, dried oregano, ground cumin, salt, black pepper and red pepper flakes. Add to dressing linguine, Italian beef, tomato, sweet onion, parsley and basil. Toss and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
