1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1 15-oz can corn (drained)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 Cup sour cream
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 cups egg noodles, cooked, drained
2 cups rice chex cerial (crushed)
1/2 - 1 stick melted butter

Brown beef with onions. Drain. Add corn, soups, sour cream, salt & pepper. Stir in cooked noodles. Spoon into a casserole dish. Mix the crushed chex cereal with the melted butter. Sprinkle mixture over casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes.
