1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
28 oz can crushed tomatoes
3 c. water
14 oz can beef broth
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. parsley
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 stalks celery, chopped in large pieces
1/2 sweet onion, sliced
4 carrots, cut in chunks
4 large potatoes, cut in large cubes
1 cup corn, cut off cob

In large pot combine tomatoes, water, broth, beef, salt, pepper, parsley, sugar, and vegetables. Simmer uncovered over medium heat about 1 hour or until veggies are tender.
