4 lbs lean ground beef
4 eggs
2 cups dry bread crumbs
½ cup finely chopped onion
1 Tbsp salt
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp white pepper


2 ½ cups brown sugar
1 ¼ cup water
2/3 cup vinegar
3 Tbsp soy sauce

Meatballs: Mix ingredients together and either fry in pan or bake in the oven until cooked through. Sauce: Mix all ingredients together and bring to a boil. Mix 2 ½ Tbsp cornstarch with 3 Tbsp water. Stir into sweet and sour sauce to thicken. Add meatballs. Simmer to heat through. Serve with rice.
