4 Boneless,skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb)
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp.Soya sauce
1/2 tsp. ginger ground
1/4 tsp.garlic powder
3 Tbsp.cooking oil
2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup sliced celery[1/2 inch pieces}
1 cup thinly sliced carrots
1 small onion cut in wedges
1 cup water
1 tsp. chicken bouillon granules

Directions:

Cut chicken into 1/2 in.strips. Place in a container and add cornstarch. Close lid and toss to coat. Combine Soya sauce, ginger and garlic powder and add to container and shake well. Refrigerate for 30 min. In a large skillet or wok, heat 2 Tbsp. oil, stir fry chicken until no longer pink about 3-5 minutes. Remove and keep warm. Add remaining oil stir fry broccoli,celery,carrots and onion for 4-5 min. until crisp and tender. Add water and bouillon that has been mixed together to pan. Return chicken to pan, cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.

I use cauliflower as well in this recipe and it is good, also green peppers are okay!!!
