1 tsp. minced garlic
1 T. Dijon mustard

Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Pour it over chicken, pork chops or pork tenderloin, and let it marinate for at least 2-3 hr.. (I try to do it no later than before noon the day of cooking, overnight is great, too). You may have to double or triple the recipe, depending on how much you are marinating. You will need enough to cover.

Personal Notes:
Jacqui is the wife of Richard "Dick" Hollenshead and the daughter-in-law of the late Clyde and Armenta (Scott) Hollenshead. This is an incredible, simple marinade recipe I snagged from my friend Catherine Hender in Shreveport (a French Canadian) that will shock and awe your guests! Every single time I use it the meat is ALWAYS tender, whether grilled or baked thereafter. I have used it to marinate chicken breasts, chicken tenderloins for kabobs, and prior to using the chicken for stir-fry. I have also combined it with pork tenderloin in the crock pot which is super-easy and requires no pre-marinating time! I GUARANTEE you will LOVE it!!!
