1/3 cup fresh lime juice
3 tbsp. olive oil, divided
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground red pepper
1 1/2 lb. tuna fillet
12oz sliced portobello mushrooms
4 cups mixed salad greens
1 pt cherry tomatoes, halved
1 small cucumber
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Italian dressing

In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, 2 tbsp olive oil, salt, and red pepper. Pour over tuna and mushrooms. Cover and chill 30 mins. Grill tuna on a greased grill rack over medium heat for 6-8 mins each side. Let cool and chop. Brush mushrooms with remaining olive oil and grill over medium heat, 2-4 mins each side. Serve tuna and mushrooms over mixed greens. Add tomatoes, cucumber, and cheese. Drizzle with Italian dressing.
