1/2 cup softened butter
1/2 cup shortening
2 3/4 cup flour
2t cream of tartar
1/4t salt
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1t baking soda

2t cinnamon
2T sugar

Pre heat to 400
cook for 8-10 mins
Cream butter shortening and sugar. Add eggs. Blend thoroughly. Blend flour, cream of tarter,baking soda, salt and add to butter mixture. Shape by rounded teaspoonfuls into balls. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Roll balls in sugar and cinnamon. Place on a greased pan. Take cookies off pan immediately after being cooked.
