3 eggs
2 1/4 cup sugar
1 cup oil
3t vanilla
3 cup flour
1t baking soda
1 1/2t salt
3t cinnamon
1/4t baking powder
2 cups zuccini

Pre heat to 325

Cream the eggs and sugar.

Mix flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and baking powder into the creamed eggs and sugar.

2 cups raw graded zuccini

Grease pans and put powdered sugar in pans.
