1 -(20) oz. can pineapple chunks
1/2 cup sugar
3 T. flour
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup buttery cracker crumbs

Preheat 350

Drain pineapple saving 3 T. juice.
Combine sugar & flour, stir in juice.
Add cheese & pineapple chunks mixing well.
Spoon into greased 1 qt. casserole dish.
Combine ,melted butter & crumbs. Sprinkle over pineapple mixture.
Bake 20-30- minutes or until golden brown.
