Brown Sugar, packed 1 tablespoon
chili powder 2 tsp.
garlic powder 2 tsp
paprika 2 tsp
parsley flakes 2 tsp
dried basil 1 tsp
dried marjoram 1 tsp
pepper 1 tsp

This seasoning mix can be used on chicken, pork or beef. Combine all 8 ingredients in a small bowl. Makes about 1/3 cup. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
For a great steak rub, combine 2tsp cooking oil ( I use olive oil), 2tsp Dijon mustard and 1 1/2 tsp no salt spice rub. Mix and rub on steak & grill.
