Bacon Cabonara Recipe

1 1/2 cups of fettuccine
1 egg
500 g of bacon chopped
1 tsp of garlic
1/2 an onion chopped
500ml of cream
sprinkle of garlic salt
tsp Oil
grate a small amount of Parmesan or cheddar cheese.

1. Boil some water, sprinkle some garlic salt in to it then add fettuccine.
2. Heat oil in a pan then add garlic and onion and cook for 2 minute's then add bacon and cook for a further 2 minute's.
3. Then add cream and mix, leave to sit until fettuccine is aldente.
4. Then add fettuccine to the cream, bacon and onion mixture and stir.
5. Add your egg and mix together (the heat from the pasta will cook the egg).
6. Serve and sprinkle with grated cheese.
