8-10 slices bread
1 lb sausage, bulk
1 lb cheddar cheese, shredded
1 medium onion chopped fine
1 medium green pepper, chopped
6 eggs, beaten
3 cups milk
Garlic, salt & pepper to taste

Grease a large casserole dish, line completely with bread, tear in chunks to fit corners.

Cook sausage, drain and spread over bread.
Add the cheese, onion & green pepper.
Mix the eggs, milk and seasonings in a separate bowl, then pour over the bread, sausage and cheese, you can add extra cheese if you desire.

Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Cook next morning (let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes if not a corning ware dish) for 1 hour at 350.

Slice into squares and serve.
