Seven Layer Salad Recipe

1 head iceberg lettuce (chopped or torn)
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1 medium can of sliced water chestnuts
1 lb bag frozen peas
2 c. Miracle Whip
2 tbsp white sugar
Generous amount Parmesan cheese
Generous amount Romano cheese
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
8 slices bacon (fried crisp and crumbled)

Place layers in order given. Don't mix or toss. Cover with saran wrap and leave in fridge overnight, then toss before serving.
