1/2 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Nutella (hazelnut)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. roasted hazelnuts (chopped, if desired)



Chocolate Dipping Sauce:
1/4 bar paraffin
1 - 12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips

Directions:

Beat together all ingredients. Chill. Roll into walnut size balls. Freeze for about 15 minutes or longer on a wax paper lined cookie sheet. In double boiler melt 1 bar paraffin and 1 - 12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips. By toothpick, dip each ball into melted chocolate and drop onto wax papered cookie sheet. Drop a dot of chocolate onto toothpick hole. Re-freeze on cookie sheets and transfer to containers or baggies. Double to make 100. These will keep frozen for a long time. Take out only as many as you will use at one time. Keep rest frozen.
