3 eggs, separated 1 cup sugar 1/4 cup water 1 cup all-purpose flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. lemon juice
Beat egg yolks with sugar in a medium mixing bowl, add water and beat well. Combine flour and baking powder; stir into egg mixture. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into batter. Pour batter into greased and floured 13x9" pan. Bake at 325º for 35-40 minutes on until tester comes out clean.
