4 Eggs
1 1/2 cups low fat milk
1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
1 cup grated low fat tasty cheese
100 g lean ham, diced
3 green onions {shallots}, finely chopped
1 tbsp dijon mustard
salad to serve

Preheat oven to 200 degrees or 180 degrees for a fan forced oven.
Lightly grease a 24cm ceramic ovenproof pie dish.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Season with salt and pepper and pour into the prepared dish.
Bake for 30 minutes until golden and set.
Serve with salad.
