2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cup cooking oil
4 eggs
2 cups flour
2 t. soda
2 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
2 t. cinnamon
3 cups grated carrots
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar, and oil, add 1 egg at a time and cream well after each addition. Sift dry ingredients and add to first mixture. fold in 3 cups grated carrots and 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Bake 1 hr @ 350

ICING: 1 lb powdered sugar 1/2 stick butter 8 ounces cream cheese 2 t. vanilla
