1 chopped peeled tomato
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped peeled cucumber
1/3 cup chopped green pepper
1/3 cup chopped scallions
1 minced garlic clove
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. coarse ground pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
6 drops Tabasco sauce
2-1/2 cups tomato juice

To save time you can put ingredients in a blender or food processor - leave it a bit chunky.
Serves 6.
