1 (8oz.) Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1/4 c. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1 egg
1 c. Evaporated Milk
1/2 c. sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 c. Pumpkin
dash salt
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 ( 9") unbaked pie shell

Preheat oven 350
Combine softened cream cheese, 1/4 c. sugar and vanilla. Blend in one egg. Spread on bottom of pie shell. In large bowl; combine remaining ingredients. Pour over the top of the cream cheese mixture. Bake @ 350 for 65 minutes. Let cool.
Top with this:
1/2 container cool whip
1 pkg. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1/4 c. Powdered Sugar
Whip this together and spread over top of pie.
Opt: Sprinkle with crushed pecans.
