2 lbs. lean groun beef
2 eggs
1 c. crushed corn flakes
1 onion, chopped
2 tsp. ground pepper
2 T. minced parsley
1 small green pepper
1/2 c. ketchup
1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
2 T. cider vinegar
2 T. yellow mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 tsp. cayenne pepper

Preheat oven to 360. Prepare sauce in a bowl and set aside. Combine meatloaf ingredients with hands until evenly mixed. Work half of the sauce into the meat and shape it into a greased loaf pan. Pour the remaining sauce over the meat and bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until no longer pink in center. Suggest: Serve with french green beans, mashed potatoes and cornbread.
