2 1/4 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3 eggs
1 1/8 cups oil
1 1/2 cups cooked pumpkin
1 1/2 cups sugar

1 beaten egg
1/4 cup melted margarine
1 lb powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Sift together flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Beat in eggs, oil, pumpkin and sugar. Pour into deep ungreased tube pan or 2 loaf pans. Bake 1 hour at 350. Cool. Mix frosting ingredients and spread on cooled cake. Serves 12.
