1 c. shortening
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
2 large eggs
1 c. oatmeal
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cream of tartar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. coconut
1 c. white chocolate chips
1/2 c. toffee bits
1 c. dried cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
Beat shortening until fluffy, add sugars and beat well. Add eggs and beat well, then add vanilla. Combine dry ingredients and add to bowl and mix well. Add chips, bits and berries.

Use small cookie scoop or teaspoons and drop on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Oatmeal, coconut, chips, bits and berries need to equal 4 cups. You can alter those to fit your taste or ingredients on hand.
