3/4 cup sugar
pinch of salt
3 cups milk
3 Tbsp corn starch (heaping)
3 egg yolks
3 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp vanilla
3/4 cup coconut or 3 sliced bananas

1. Mix sugar, salt, milk, corn starch, and yolks together. Beat until fluffy.
2. Microwave on high for 8-12 minutes, stirring every 3 minutes with wire whisk.
3. When thick add butter and vanilla.
4. Add coconut or banana and pour into pie pan.
5. Serve!
