3 pounds country style pork ribs
1 medium onion, sliced
1/2 cup celery, chopped, or 1/2 tsp celery seeds
1/4 cup vinegar
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 cup catsup
1/2 cup water
1 tsp mustard
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Trim fat off ribs and brown in a smalll amount of oil. Place in a crock pot. Add sliced onion and celery. Mix up all other ingredients to make barbecue sauce. Pour sauce over ribs. Cook high about 5 hours.
