50 medium fresh mushrooms, washed and twist out the stems 1/2 cup butter, melted 1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened garlic to taste
Roll mushroom in melted butter and place on cookie sheet. Mix cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and garlic together. Fill each mushroom with the mixture. Bake @ 350º or about 20 minutes or until lightly brown on top.
