Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Buy country style spare ribs from the pork butt. the bbq sauce is enough for about 5-6 lbs. of meat. Boil ribs in water, some lemon juice and salt for an hour. Get fat off and make good bite sized chunks. Put the chunks in a bowl with the bbq sauce and refrigerate it until return from church. Line a baking sheet with foil. Spread the bbq ribs chunks with sauce allover the baking sheet and put in oven at about 350 degrees for about 35 minutes until the ribs get hot and yummy.
