Any flavor Barbecue sauce
Granulated garlic
Season Salt
Natural Hickory seasoning liquid smoke
Worcestershire sauce

For Barbecue Brisket sprinkle with dry seasonings first, then sprinkle small amount of liquid smoke on meat and Worcestershire then cover with barbecue sauce.
Use low sodium Soy sauce instead of barbecue sauce for savory meat.
Cover in baking pan tight with foil, marinate over night and cook in oven at 250º to 300º 2-4-6-8 hours depending on size of brisket. I always cook mine for at least 6 hours no matter what size makes for very tender meat and falls apart when cutting.
