4 salmon filets (4 to 6 oz each)
1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 beaten egg
1 8 oz container soft cream cheese, with chives & onions
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup herb-seasoned stuffing mix
2 Tbsp milk
2 Tbsp white wine
1/4 tsp granulated garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse salmon, pat dry with paper towels and place in a shallow baking dish. Set aside.
Drain spinach, squeezing out excess liquid. In a small bowl, combine egg, Parmesan cheese and half of the cream cheese. Stir in the drained spinach and the stuffing mix. Spoon 1/4 of the topping over each filet. Bake, covered, in a 350º oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
In a small saucepan, combine the remaining cream cheese, the milk, the wine and the garlic. Cook and stir until the cheese melts and the mixture is smooth.
Spoon sauce over fish.
